{"id":1321,"date":"2017-03-19T12:13:29","date_gmt":"2017-03-19T12:13:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/danielgomezpsicologia.com\/ca\/?p=1321"},"modified":"2017-03-19T20:15:33","modified_gmt":"2017-03-19T20:15:33","slug":"valor-duna-mirada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/danielgomezpsicologia.com\/ca\/valor-duna-mirada\/","title":{"rendered":"El valor d&#8217;una mirada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un tema que se&#8217;m fa present amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia \u00e9s <strong>el valor dels diners<\/strong>, el detonant d&#8217;aquesta reflexi\u00f3 \u00e9s dificil de determinar, encara que hi ha una idea recurrent: <em>ens tranquil\u00b7litza pensar que som \u00e9ssers racionals i prenem les decisions a tenor dels factors externs, que poques vegades \u00e9s l&#8217;emoci\u00f3 qui determina els nostres moviments.<\/em> Em sembla un error important, m\u00e9s tenint en compte que la conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia primera \u00e9s que no som honests amb nosaltres mateixos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fa ja uns anys que els investigadors, especialment en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de les neuroci\u00e8ncies, v\u00e9nen demostrant que el processament cognitiu (que entenem per racional), t\u00e9 poc que dir en el proc\u00e9s de presa de decisions, la millor prova d&#8217;aix\u00f2 \u00e9s l&#8217;auge del <em>neuromarketing<\/em>, que investiga i aprofita aquesta circumst\u00e0ncia per vendre&#8217;ns el que no necessitem, per\u00f2 d&#8217;alguna manera desitgem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em sembla interessant reflexionar sobre com justifiquem la inversi\u00f3 dels nostres recursos econ\u00f2mics, com ens expliquem que un cotxe de 18.000 euros \u00e9s necessari i un aliment de 2 euros \u00e9s car. En tot aquest proc\u00e9s no es pot perdre de vista el model econ\u00f2mic-social predominant, que ens diu que el mercat s&#8217;autoregula i els preus s&#8217;ajusten en funci\u00f3 de l&#8217;oferta i la demanda, etc. Els factors culturals que invisibilitzen altres formes de gesti\u00f3 dels recursos. Els interessos despr\u00e9s del sistema laboral al que arribem a veure&#8217;ns sotmesos. Aix\u00ed mateix seria un error ometre la responsabilitat de cada individu, de quina manera justifico que faig el que puc i\/o el que vull.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;Quan compres, no compres amb els diners, compres amb el temps de la teva vida que vas haver de gastar per guanyar aquests diners.&#8221; Jos\u00e9 M\u00fajica<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Qu\u00e8 obtenim en comprar un rellotge car?<\/p>\n<p>Una hora m\u00e9s precisa? Ho dubto, i en tot cas haurem invertit una quantitat enorme d&#8217;aquestes en aconseguir-ho&#8230; Quan adquirim determinats b\u00e9ns, <strong>un dels principals objectius \u00e9s<\/strong> l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia excitant dels primers instants de possessi\u00f3, una sensaci\u00f3 equiparable a la del nen que obre el paquet de cromos, la borsa de Gusanitos, o el regal d&#8217;aniversari. La difer\u00e8ncia \u00e9s la inversi\u00f3 que requereix cada producte i la fantasia de felicitat que acompanya als adults com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia del bombardeig informatiu al que ens veiem sotmesos (cal detenir-se a mirar la publicitat i els models d&#8217;\u00e8xit).<\/p>\n<p><strong>El segon objectiu<\/strong> diria que \u00e9s alterar la percepci\u00f3 que els altres tenen de nosaltres, sentir-nos poderosos, interessants, macos, en definitiva, sentir-nos vists. Una necessitat prim\u00e0ria, com a \u00e9ssers socials que som, per\u00f2 adulterada per la cultura de l&#8217;individualisme, &#8220;vull que em vegis, no que ens vegem (o aix\u00f2 crec)&#8221;. En lloc de tractar d&#8217;igualar-nos a l&#8217;altre i posar-nos a la seva mateixa altura per poder mirar-nos als ulls, pretenem estar a dalt, per poder mirar amb sup\u00e8rbia i seguretat. Per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s possible, partint ja de l&#8217;origen d&#8217;aquesta necessitat, ja que sense l&#8217;altre no em sento vist i tota la meva pel\u00b7l\u00edcula queda coixa. Resulta massa enrevessat per ser cert, si l&#8217;altre no em mira no s\u00e9 qui s\u00f3c i la forma que conec d&#8217;atreure la seva mirada \u00e9s des de l&#8217;orgull i la vanitat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9s m\u00e9s senzill mirar-se de tu a tu, sense m\u00e0scares, amb la confian\u00e7a que l&#8217;altre no ens va a danyar i que necessita els mateix que nosaltres, per\u00f2 mirar aix\u00ed fa por, gaireb\u00e9 tant com plaer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un primer pas pot ser recon\u00e8ixer que no tenim el control absolut de les nostres eleccions.
