{"id":1425,"date":"2018-04-08T19:18:22","date_gmt":"2018-04-08T19:18:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/danielgomezpsicologia.com\/ca\/?p=1425"},"modified":"2018-04-13T14:46:32","modified_gmt":"2018-04-13T14:46:32","slug":"trobades-per-sostenir-lesperanca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/danielgomezpsicologia.com\/ca\/trobades-per-sostenir-lesperanca\/","title":{"rendered":"Trobades per sostenir l&#8217;esperan\u00e7a"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fa uns dies, expressava a un amic les meves angoixes existencials, en concret aquella que parla de la deriva social: <em>l&#8217;individualisme, la solitud, la por, la desconnexi\u00f3\u2026<\/em> Ell, fil\u00f2sof del quotidi\u00e0, em remetia una vegada m\u00e9s a la idea que l&#8217;esperan\u00e7a resideix en all\u00f2 petit, en all\u00f2 proper. No \u00e9s la primera ni l&#8217;\u00faltima vegada que mirem l&#8217;assumpte, a mi m&#8217;angoixa sovint, m&#8217;empeny a apagar el televisor i sentir-me desconnectat de molts, \u00e9s el meu ajust per poder dur la tristesa. Mentrestant segueixo mantenint entre les meves mans, en forma de copa, l&#8217;esperan\u00e7a, perqu\u00e8 la necessito per alimentar el meu amor a l&#8217;altre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parl\u00e0rem sobre pol\u00edtica, cultura, societat, especialment sobre <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">la por<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l&#8217;a\u00efllament<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><strong>La por<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> com a emoci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria que genera l&#8217;energia necess\u00e0ria per iniciar una acci\u00f3, emoci\u00f3 conreada pels pol\u00edtics, alimentada pels mitjans, que genera desconfian\u00e7a, inseguretat i que acaba activant mecanismes defensius camuflats (rebuig, ira, f\u00e0stic\u2026). <\/span><strong>L\u2019a\u00efllament<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, s&#8217;encarrega de mantenir-nos inoperants, des de la solitud no em sento capa\u00e7 de canviar res, em sento feble, fr\u00e0gil i diferent. El meu amic (i mestre), m&#8217;imbu\u00efa (jo em deixava, feli\u00e7ment) la seva idea sobre la necessitat de l&#8217;altre, del grup, de la cooperaci\u00f3, de la confian\u00e7a, del suport altruista. M&#8217;agrada la seva intenci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 la posa en pr\u00e0ctica, la prova, apr\u00e8n, confia, ell \u00e9s aix\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta trobada tamb\u00e9 va remoure la meva consci\u00e8ncia, la meva experi\u00e8ncia i cam\u00ed. El meu moviment actual \u00e9s lleugerament diferent, complementari, crec. Ara aposto, provo i confio en els \u201ccontactes\u201d, <strong>cada trobada amb l&#8217;altre permet infinites possibilitats, si poso consci\u00e8ncia<\/strong>, recupero el control de qui s\u00f3c i qu\u00e8 faig. Si contacto amb la meva necessitat m\u00e9s \u00edntima, puc relacionar-me des de l&#8217;afecte, la fragilitat, la fermesa, la compassi\u00f3 o qualsevol altre lloc. Puc mirar a l&#8217;alumne, pacient, amic, parella o desconegut des d&#8217;all\u00f2 que ens uneix en tant persones amb necessitats universals. I mirant aix\u00ed m&#8217;arrisco a no ser correspost, al fet que em fereixin, aquestes s\u00f3n les meves pors. I si \u201ccontacte\u201d sense mirar, dif\u00edcilment em feriran, per\u00f2 segur que la trobada no ser\u00e0 enriquidora, perqu\u00e8 en acabar, jo seguir\u00e9 sent el mateix que era, i l&#8217;altre, probablement, tamb\u00e9. Si en cada experi\u00e8ncia m&#8217;obro, m&#8217;exposo, puc guanyar i\/o perdre. Si no ho faig, tot roman igual&#8230;i a mi no m&#8217;agrada com est\u00e0 tot.
